...Remember, even if your conscious mind may have decided to 'move on', your subconscious can still 'hold on to their submodalities' and that's where the game of duality starts.
Also, when 'holding on' is an attribute of subconscious, the conscious-positivity may not be sufficient in moving on.
When you decide to remove a severly punctured, deflated and weared-out tyre from your vehicle, you need some tools and clarity of the steps. Analogically, you need some tools and techniques to work it 'in and out' at the exact place where it is required.
Relax. It is simple to bring a change if you are clear about 1. What to change, 2. Why to change, and 3. How (exactly) to change.
From my 21 years experience with helping and re-empowering people, let me reveal the step by step game of 'moving on'. These are very simple and highly effective steps and when you do them, it feels as if you are enjoying playing a game :
Game 1 . "Decision Game"
First talk to yourself and ask do you really want to move on? or you feel identified with the ‘pain’of holding on to it.. may be your emotions or memories etc, instead of the ‘gain’ of moving-on.
Once you are clear you want to move-on, then 'DECIDE'.
Decide means 'to cut-off the other options'. The expressions such as 'like to / want to / have to / prefer to' etc have their own 'levels of effectiveness' and may not match what is really needed to 'move on'.
Game 2. "Outcome Game"
Re-member, the youniverse hates vacuum. Hence you not only need to 'decide to leave', but also 'decide to fill' the space with a replacement in your heart.
2A. Along with being clear what to stop, you need to be clear 'what to start'. Be clear about your outcome and its WHAT and WHY. Don't be vague. Have clear visualization; clear-bright-colorful-closer to your mental screen. Be clear in terms of your 'sub modalities'. There are '9 Well formed conditions' for outcome mastery.
Game 3. "UnLoop Game"
After you get clarity of your outcome, and 'decide to fill', you need to 'decide to start' your new journey, then 'decide to continue' with it, then 'decide to breakthrough the escape point' and then 'decide to stay there for long'.
Game 4. "Game of Contrast"
If your mind keeps thinking about a person from whom you hage decided to move on, just change his 'submodality' and 'map' it with somebody with whom your mind feels neutral about and doesn't holds it's focus on. You can do this easily by A. Internal Audit, and B. Contrastive Analysis.
Game 5. "Swish Game"
Then you should play the 'OTHER ME' game and install required patterns inside you. The 'Other me' game should be followed by 'Subconscious Swish' to create resourceful bypasses for your mind.
Game 6. "Past Perfect Game"
Then you need to enjoy changing the memories and references which are irrelevant now.
6A. You need to 'disempower some memories from past' that might be pulling the focus again and again, and
6B. then you need to 'Reframe' some of your experiences that the mind might be pegging on to.
6C. You need to 'alter your past timeline' with resourceful references.
6D. You might be having some "anchors" or triggers that might keep negatively 'restoring' you 'back' to some stuck states, just explore them and hunt those anchors out.
Game 7. "Future Perfect Game"
Then you need to 'Prepare your future timeline' in subconscious and allow yourself to fall freely towards your next milestones and gravitate towards your highest purpose.
7A. Then you need to 'future pace' and test that you have successfully accomplished your mission.
7AA. Most of the people get their outcome with the 7 steps stated above. And incase you 'still' feel the strings of the past, you need to do 'Six Steps Reframing' technique.
7AB. Check if there is some sort of 'internal dialogue' going on that may persuade the mind to keep holding-on. In case there is one / a few, you need to do a simple Game of 'Muting the inner critical voice'.
7AC. Again do future pacing, and enjoy the upgradation.
NOTE :
1. All these techniques are very simple and you will enjoy doing them as if you are playing a game.
2. You can learn these techniques from any master. They are easy and enjoyable to learn and perform.
3. In case you don't find a master, you can search for the techniques on google, get a clear understanding about them, and try them. I will strongly suggest an expert-guidance in doing them though.
